M. Tilden Moschetti brings a world of diverse experience to his law practice. Prior to founding Moschetti Family Law, he worked for a personal injury firm, spent time arguing preliminary motions for the San Francisco DA's office, and worked domestic violence cases in the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. Helping out those in desperate situations is a primary concern for M. Tilden Moschetti; that's why he currently handles family justice cases as a volunteer lawyer for the Bar Association of San Francisco as a Volunteer Legal Attorney.

Born in a small South Dakota town, M. Tilden Moschetti's life journey thus far has held many twists and turns up and down the western United States. Before practicing law, he has worked in areas of management, finance, information systems, and business process improvement in businesses from small to Fortune 500, from private sector to public. M. Tilden Moschetti holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a BS from University of Oregon. He is a member of the American Bar Association, acts as an executive delegate of Bar Association of San Francisco, and holds professional memberships in the groups such as the Association for Conflict Resolution and San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.

Away from the law office, M. Tilden Moschetti is a man of exploration and enthusiasm. From the sunny hills of Napa Valley to the crashing waves of the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon, he can be found running/swimming/biking wherever the challenge calls to him. His multisport schedule features the Antarctica Marathon in 2009 and swimming the English Channel in the near future.
